In our sports law department contracts of all kinds, within the sports framework, are recommended, negotiated and drafted (labour, sponsorship, advertising, image, marketing, TV rights, etc.).
We advise and defend athletes, clubs, federations and associations in various kinds of proceedings both before ordinary courts and before arbitration tribunals (Football Arbitration Court, Basketball Arbitration Court, Sports Court of Arbitration in Lausanne, the International Automobile Federation, etc.).
Also in close collaboration with our Fiscal Department, we advise athletes in their tax planning and, together with our Intellectual Property Department we also provide counselling in these fields:
