Beatriz holds a Law Degree from the University of La Laguna (2012), a Master's Degree in Labour Law (2013) from the CEF and a Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Complutense University of Madrid (2018), as well as a Higher Course in Taxation (2016) and International Tax Planning (2017), both from the CEF.
After being an associate at DS-OVSLAW and developing her career there for the last 7 years, she joined Larrauri & Martí Abogados in 2020 to strengthen the Labour Department of our firm.
Her professional experience is mainly focused on labour litigation, workforce restructuring processes and internal flexibility measures (contract suspensions, processes of modification of working conditions, both collective and individual, etc.), contract termination procedures (collective dismissals and individual dismissals), collective bargaining (sectoral and company collective agreements, as well as agreements and pacts of the company, etc.), and company agreements and pacts), labour audits (review of all labour and social security aspects of companies in mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, spin-offs and company succession), senior management contracts (contracting and implementation of supplementary agreements (post-contractual non-competition clauses, golden parachute clauses, exclusivity clauses, etc.), proceedings before the labour inspectorate, etc., etc., etc. ), proceedings before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, preparation of specialised reports and opinions.
