Manuel has Degrees in both Law and Political Science from Complutense University of Madrid, having completed Legal Practice at ICADE and counting with the specialisations of Criminal Law, of Business and Law and of Criminal Liability of Legal Entities from Madrid Bar Association. He has also taken several courses at Instituto de Empresa on the new insolvency regulation and the tenant eviction judgement. He is member of Madrid Bar Association (1994).
During his professional career, he has been legal advisor at “El derecho editores”; lawyer at the Firms of Mr. Enrique Gimbernat Ordeig and of Mr. Antonio Dávila; lawyer and shareholder at the Firm of Mr. Manuel J. Muñoz Fernández; lawyer at DLA Pipers, being director Keneth Bonavia and lawyer at INFINORSA Inmobiliaria. During his professional life he has also been shareholder and counsellor in various wind energy projects.
His areas of expertise are Procedural, Criminal, Criminal-Economic and Business Law.
Teaching Career: Assistant to the Department of Law Philosophy with Mr. José Iturmendi Morales at Complutense University (1993-1996); assistant to the Department of Civil and Family Law at Complutense University of Madrid (1993-1996) and assistant to the Department of Political and Social History at the University of Political Science and Sociology with Mr. Enrique Múgica Urquía (1996-1999).
